  • A $500 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on the tour.

  • The balance of payment for your tour is due no later than September 1, 2021.

  • All flights (domestic and international) are booked by guests. We will be glad to help you with any questions about air travel.

  • Please arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) by 6:00 pm on October 16, 2021. If you are unable to arrive by this time, we will need to make separate transportation arrangements for you at an additional cost.

  • Schedule your departure from Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) no earlier than 10:30 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2021.


  • Licensed English-speaking guide throughout the tour program.

  • Private, deluxe air-conditioned motor coach with Wi-Fi for arrival and all touring days.

  • VIP Greeting and Airport Escort for each participant on arrival and departure.

  • Breakfast daily at hotels, seven lunches, and eight dinners.

  • All ground transportation in Israel.

  • All site admissions and programs per the itinerary.

  • All guide, bus driver, and hotel dining gratuities.

  • Porterage at hotels.

  • A smaller, more intimate tour group dynamic.


  • Participant flights – international or domestic.

  • Insurance – health or flight/baggage.


​Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention, or governmental warning may be subject to cancellation fees, provided the program is deemed able to continue. Should the client elect to cancel a departure for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers, however no guarantees can be provided on their behalf. Authentic Israel (Tlalim Conventions, Events & Tourism Ltd.) assumes no liability for the offers and services of third-party providers nor does Authentic Israel assume any liability for damages based on circumstances that are beyond our control, such as force-majeure, natural events, catastrophes, changes in program due to non-adherence of airline, train, bus or transportation companies or other third-party vendors to their schedules, etc. The customer undertakes to claim any damages directly from their insure or the third-party vendor directly. In such an event, Authentic Israel will endeavor to return any funds previously collected after full deduction of any cancellation fees imposed on us by third-party vendors.

Many credit cards offer some form of travel insurance automatically when you book your travel with the card. We recommend you check with your credit card providers to find out the types of travel insurance coverage benefits they offer. You may also want to look into travel insurance providers such as: Allianz Travel, Amex Assurance (American Express Travel Insurance), AXA Travel Insurance, Generali Global Assistance, Seven Corners, Travelex, and Travel Guard (AIG).
